The project is located on the east bank of Dongping Lake, from Chenshankou in the north to Shuihu tourist service center in the south, along the 27 km clear water coastline of Dongping Lake. The total planning area is about 44.3 square kilometers, with a planned investment of RMB 3 billion Yuan, including RMB 210 million Yuan for recreation and leisure business district, RMB 700 million Yuan for quality and file upgrading of Shuihu Film and Television City, RMB 700 million Yuan for construction of Shuihu Yi City, RMB 105 million Yuan for construction of international ecological wetland experience area, RMB 140 million Yuan for construction of international lakeside greenway and RMB 140 million Yuan for construction of nightscape, It is planned to invest RMB 140 million Yuan in the construction of ten thousand Mu lotus field, RMB 350 million Yuan in the construction of international health care community, RMB 140 million Yuan in the construction of intelligent platform, RMB 105 million Yuan in the construction of infrastructure, and the rest of the funds are other and reserve funds for the construction project.
