The project covers an area of 2,000 Mu, mainly including: 1. Leisure and health care industry park. It covers an area of 100 Mu and has 1,000 preset beds. It is composed of leisure and holiday health care and pension hotel, pension courtyard, old neighborhood shopping supermarket, cultural exchange square, leisure club, etc. It mainly meets the high-end pension needs of healthy pension, happy pension and happy pension. 2. Comprehensive elderly care service center. It is planned to cover an area of 50 Mu and design 500 beds for the aged. It mainly provides life care, medical care, rehabilitation training and other services for the elderly with five guarantees, disability and partial disability and other elderly people with pension needs in the region. 3. Huahai wedding photography base. It is planned to build 1,000 Mu of flower sea, complete with wedding photography studio, catering, accommodation, shopping, parking lot and other facilities. 4.
