Address about the development of service outsourcing industries delivered by dir

In January, 2016, service outsourcing contracts signed by China’s industries totals 60.5 billion yuan, 9.23billion U.S. dollars, a decrease of 0.33% compared with the same period last year. Service outsourcing contracts offshore reached 43.6 billion yuan, an increase of 37.5% compared with the same period last year. Directors of Department of Trade in Services and Commercial Services appointed the following features of service outsourcing industries shown in January:

Firstly, China’s inland service outsourcing contracts offshore with EU, Hong Kong, China and Singapore have greatly expanded, totaling 9.9 billion, 6.63 billion and 3.5 billion (yuan, RMB), being an increase of 91.2%, 61.7% and 73.3% respectively. Services outsourcing offshore with Ireland and Germany reached respectively 5.66 billion yuan, RMB, an increase of 1390%, and 1.37 billion yuan, RMB, an increase of 55.4% and these increase has made EU our largest contract letting market.

Secondly, the operational structure of service outsourcing changes remarkably. Service outsourcing offshore on information and technology, operational process and knowledge undertaken by China reached 17.51 billion, 12.91 billion and 13.18 billion yuan, RMB and that represents a respective increase of 0.3%、146% and 47.8% compared with the same period last year and accounts for 40.2%、29.6% and 30.2% of the whole service outsourcing. The information era has immensely expanded our needs for professional data processing. The offshore contracts on professional data processing undertaken by China have reached 5.83 billion yuan, RMB, and this has greatly expanded our operational process outsourcing amount.

Thirdly, the market of related countries that favored by “Belt and Road” is fast booming and those are countries that China’s industries undertakes its service outsourcing contracts totaling 2.67 billion yuan, RMB, an increase of 31.6%. Service outsourcing contracts of Southeast Asia, West Asia and North Africa undertaken by China respectively reached 4.45 billion and 1.56 billion (yuan, RMB), operational fund being 2.67 billion and 0.65 billion (yuan, RMB), representing a respective growth of 29.5%, 6.4%, 132.5% and 9.8%.
